Why engage NAi design?

First of all, because we will very carefully listen to your needs and transform them into sound design, without ever overlooking aesthetic, functional, commercial or other important factors.

If may sound a bit romantic but our aspiration is to contribute to people’s happiness through well-designed spaces and objects!

In addition, we will ensure that the design and execution process will actually be pleasant for you and not a source of anxiety as it often happens.

We will remain available to discuss and explain in detail whatever is on your mind, and to work out solutions to any problem.

How can I be assured that I will like working with you?

Our best recommendations come from happy clients.

“Natalia made our dreams for our home come true. After discussing our ideas, she proposed design solutions for all spaces of the house. She provided drawings, sketches and photographs with complete concepts that highlighted the kind of “feel” we were looking for. Thanks to her experience, she helped us choose the best suppliers at the lowest possible cost and with the highest quality. Her designs added value to the house because they were executed with care, talent, superior sense of aesthetics and skill.”

“Through her integrated services, Natalia imbues spaces with character. The totality of her design was beyond our expectations. Working with her was a happy encounter in our lives.”

Ioannis Kapetanyiannis – Dimitra Siskou, Kavala

“Our level of cooperation was superb in terms of exchanging and applying ideas. You were eager to understand the needs of my office space and to find the most effective solutions. You have brilliant ideas, you listen to your client, you enjoy your work, you don’t stress people and you genuinely care about the end result.”

It is the first time I will be working with a designer. What should I expect?

We will first meet in person to hear about your project. During this first meeting, you will get to know us and we will share some initial thoughts about the project as well as how we can help you.

If you like the way we work and engage our services, we will meet a second time during which you will describe in detail all your wishes and we will record them after asking many questions. We will also visit and survey the site.

As soon as we mutually agree on the basics of the project and the budget, we will prepare some conceptual sketches which will kick off our discussion.

Based on our discussions, we will start working on the concept. As soon as we are ready, we will present you with our designs. We will prepare orthographic drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and anything else that we believe is necessary for you to envisage the complete project, such as three-dimensional drawings, sketches, illustrations, colour and material palettes, scale models.

We will discuss any required changes and we will prepare the final project drawings, which we will deliver to you.

If you have engaged us to construct the project, we will prepare a construction schedule and we will instruct our contractors to begin construction. We will supervise contractors throughout construction, thus ensuring that when we deliver the completed project, we will see you smile because it will be exactly as you envisaged it.

This is all very nice but aren’t your services expensive?

People often hesitate to employ designers because they erroneously believe that the cost will be exorbitant. We can prove that this does not have to be the case.

First, we can spare you from expensive mistakes, delays and disasters. Second, our skills and experience enable us to design in ways you could not achieve on your own.
Finally, we always work within the budget and financial ability of each client, adjusting our work accordingly.

We firmly believe that good design should be accessible to all.

So how much will your services cost?

Due to the nature of our work, it is impossible to provide an estimate without knowing more about a project.

We invite you to book an appointment with us to discuss the needs of your project and to provide an estimate of construction and our fees.

Do you only work on projects in Thessaloniki?

Absolutely not! Although we are based in Thessaloniki, we have completed projects in Katerini, Kavala and Galaxidi.

What are you exactly? Architecture office, decoration firm or what?

Our main line of work is interior, object and event design.

If we are working on a commercial or professional space, we can also design the client’s branding, website, promotional gifts and staff uniforms.

Additionally, we have partners who can assist with landscape design (gardens, swimming pools etc.) and art or antique selection.

Why do you insist on using the words “design” and “designer” in Greek?

Despite its wealth, the Greek language lacks equivalents to the words “design” and “designer” that encompass all forms and aspects of design.

Instead of “interior designer”, the terms “interior architect” and “decorator” are often used in practice. However, such terms can be confusing as they do not accurately express the skills and qualifications of an interior designer.

It is for this reason only that we prefer the English words and certainly not xenomania.

What does “NAi” mean and how is it pronounced?

“NAi” is pronounced “neh“, which (surprisingly) means “yes” in Greek. It expresses our positive approach to all aspects of our work.

The first two letters of “NAi” are the founder’s initials. The letter “i” comes from the first letters of many words that inspire and characteris us:
